What are you doing well and what do you want to change? That’s really what it boils down to, as simple as it gets.
We all get busy. Work, home, what to do for dinner? I feel like I’ve been one thing into the next for a very long time, and a lot of people I talk to feel the same way. Life happens, hurdles pop up. All of a sudden, I’ve got a toddler now and we’re in the heart of busy season and I haven’t touched my guitar in months. Sound familiar?
Now you finally get a chance to catch up. But what needs done first? Do you pick up that guitar or do the laundry? How about at work, do you want to fix that billing issue first or clean up your QuickBooks? Or do you need someone to help with QuickBooks but not even sure where to start?

That’s it. Apply that to your billing issue. Apply that to your clients you’re advising or consulting with. People get stuck, we all get busy and a little lost as to what to do next sometimes. So, pick one thing and figure out what you want to start/stop/continue doing with it. What’s working? What’s not? What are my options?
